 With over 20 years of dance and performance experience, Dwayne brings the rhythm, precision, and visual storytelling of the stage into every production he designs. Specializing in hip hop and jazz, he’s built a vibrant career performing with Eventions Dance Company and captivating audiences at conventions, competitions, and theme parks nationwide.

His deep understanding of movement, staging, and energy gives him a unique edge as a Production Designer—transforming spaces into living, breathing experiences that flow as seamlessly as choreography. 

Dwayne’s work reflects his lifelong dedication to creativity, innovation, and the power of performance to move and inspire.

After receiving his training at Florida State University, Cedric has built a vibrant career as both a performer and manager in the musical and theatrical arts. With a keen eye for authentic talent and a deep love for storytelling, he brings creativity, precision, and passion to every production.

Currently with the Palm Beach Opera, Cedric continues to inspire positive change through the arts. His high energy and dedication to connecting people through performance make him an invaluable part of our team.

Jaz is a powerhouse of creativity whose artistic roots run deep. From dance and step to writing, makeup artistry, and design, she’s spent her life mastering the art of expression in all its forms. 

That diverse foundation gives her an extraordinary ability to see stories from every angle — visually, emotionally, and rhythmically — making her a natural-born showrunner.

With a sharp creative instinct and an eye for detail, Jaz thrives on collaboration, imagination, and purpose — ensuring that every element, from concept to execution, moves in perfect sync.
